As a basis for all optimizations – especially in the area of user experience – the Shopmacher team collected and evaluated numerous detailed KPIs. On this basis of facts, subsequent analyzes and tests, sales-relevant shop elements were meticulously further developed and implemented, which directly contribute to the conversion.<\/p>\n

The koffer24 web shop has been based on the latest version of the cloud-based Commercetools platform with an API-first approach since a refactoring project was also carried out by the SHOPMACHER. After laying the technological foundation stone, the front end of the platform has now been optimized in accordance with the Shopmacher philosophy of continuous, step-by-step shop development.<\/p>\n

“With the now active front end, thanks to the mobile first approach, koffer24 is well and future-proof with regard to the ongoing mobile shift,” says Jennifer Foreman, the responsible project manager at Shopmacher. “The one-page checkout is also pleasant for the customers of koffer24 in terms of a good user experience, with which, of course, purchase cancellations are also to be further reduced.” <\/p>\n
