And to help all APMs develop in a targeted way, we launched the SHOPMACHER Academy<\/strong>, where we curated internal and external professional development offerings into courses and learning paths. After all, everyone (who is not yet) wants to know what is still missing and what still needs to be done to become a senior, for example :).<\/p>\n Skill leveling and the Academy are, of course, first and foremost a service for our colleagues and a tool for our personnel development.
