CONTINUING RAPID REVENUE GROWTH AS A TEAM, WITH AMBITION

Bergfreunde quadrupled its revenue over the past five years to 110 million euros most recently in 2019. But this impressive push to the summit is far from the end of the climb. For 2020, Bergfreunde, disregarding the effects of the pandemic, still expects very ambitious growth of 22 to 25 percent to as much as 138 million euros. The specialist team at Shopmacher is meant to contribute to reaching this remarkable target as well.

INNOVATIVE AND RESULTS-ORIENTED: THE SHOPMACHER E-COMMERCE HEALTH CHECK

Shopmacher have been pursuing the philosophy of continuous shop improvement for several years now. For the e-commerce specialists from Gescher in Westphalia, however, the philosophy does not stay stuck in theory but is lived practice. With the E-Commerce Health Check, Shopmacher have developed a standardized approach to quickly and efficiently gain an overview of the overall condition of an e-commerce platform and to derive concrete action items for improvement right away. The online shops are reviewed across seven dimensions: system architecture, software, hosting, performance, deployment, UX and design, and content. That is innovative, results-oriented, and it helps bring about noticeable improvements quickly.
