Shopmacher develops a new online platform for safety education

Background: handling fire without proper training regularly leads to burn victims and property damage running into the millions. Fires are also caused by children playing with fire. Shopmacher will now completely rebuild this online sales platform from a technology standpoint.

Developing a new platform became necessary because the existing shop, at the end of its lifecycle, could no longer be updated in an economically viable way. Shopmacher will develop and implement the successor system based on the new shop software Shopware 6. To ensure that only authorized partners of the Provinzial insurance companies in fire safety education and awareness gain access to the teaching and awareness materials, the platform will be equipped with a B2B-style login.
