Our skill profiles are the foundation for determining the seniority levels of our colleagues (Junior/Professional/Senior). And to ensure that all APMs can continuously develop, we’ve created the SHOPMACHER Academy. We curate both internal and external training courses and learning paths here. After all, everyone who isn’t there yet wants to know what’s missing and what steps are needed to become, for example, a Senior.
Skill leveling and the Academy are, of course, primarily a service for our colleagues and a tool for our talent development.
