That’s what we did.
The result is dedicated skill profiles for each of our APMs in the categories:

- Accounting

- Store setup

Our skill profiles are the basis for determining the seniority levels of our colleagues (junior/professional/senior). And to help all APMs develop in a targeted way, we launched the SHOPMACHER Academy, where we curated internal and external professional development offerings into courses and learning paths. After all, everyone (who is not yet) wants to know what is still missing and what still needs to be done to become a senior, for example :).
Skill leveling and the Academy are, of course, first and foremost a service for our colleagues and a tool for our personnel development. But if you are interested in SHOPMACHER as an employer, then we thought it would be nice to give you a first insight and give you the chance to see for yourself whether you really want to work in such an environment and do these things, whether you have the right qualifications or what might still be missing.
