Are you ready for shopmacher?

Test your skill level

First check which know-how could help you to be a really good Agile Project Manager with us. Test your skill level.

We need top-notch Agile Project Managers to meet the high demands of our customers and our value proposition. And we work in a strictly data-driven way.

What could be more obvious than to also systematically record the requirements for our Agile Project Managers (APM), quantify them as KPIs and develop targeted training programs based on them?
That’s what we did.

The result is dedicated skill profiles for each of our APMs in the categories:

  • Requirements management
  • Customer guidance
  • Accounting
  • data analysis
  • Sales
  • Store setup

Here is an overview of the skill level of some of our current APM:

Skill leveling and the Academy are, of course, first and foremost a service for our colleagues and a tool for our personnel development. But if you are interested in SHOPMACHER as an employer, then we thought it would be nice to give you a first insight and give you the chance to see for yourself whether you really want to work in such an environment and do these things, whether you have the right qualifications or what might still be missing.

That’s why this first APM check is available – as a service for you as an interested party, so to speak:
