How it all began

Emporix is e-commerce software, but not in the traditional sense. The platform thinks commerce from the process side and connects workflows from customer onboarding to order processing in real time. Automated, flexibly controllable and specially designed for the complexity of B2B business models. Instead of individual features, Emporix delivers a cloud-native MACH infrastructure that connects commerce functions, backend systems and services cleanly via APIs. Business departments can control processes themselves with no-code tools, while IT teams can develop faster and keep operating costs predictable. Emporix calls this autonomous commerce. We at Shopmacher call it exactly what many of our customers need.
